• Set-up whole facilities related to Production of machine in Plant i.e. Tools, Jig & fixtures with Japanese Team in KCEI.
• Initial Level Plant (2010-11) Set-up Completed through Trolley System in All Assembly and Paint shop with Low-Cost investment i.e., Facilities for Part-Movement in Paint shop through Trolleys with Grounded Track-Mechanism, Single Piece Flow and 2-Bin System introduced to maintain to Control the Part-rejection and availability of Part in Assembly Line, Paint shop 2K-System introduced with PD-40 Pumps
• Entered whole process sheet in SAP for smooth Production in KCEI and training provided to workmen area wise through Process sheet with Japanese team in factory.
• Training given to Workmen for L/F Sub, Attach sub, C/V Sub, F/P Sub, E/G Sub, F/T & H/T Sub, S/M Sub, Radiator Sub, Guard Sub, Machine Testing, Final Assembly & Shipping Process of machine.
• Set-up 02Machine Material feeding System for Assembly-Line for reducing rejections of CKD items.
• Starting of machine to be made in 218Hr/machine to reduce it up to Japan Machine STD hour i.e. 128Hr/Machine and currently working at 115Hr/Machine
• Make Rule in KCEI for New-Joiner to attend training as per schedule set by us.
• Make Rule for Calibration for Torque-Wrench for Assembly Line.
• Make Rule for Separate meeting for area wise for discussion of daily base target and Weekly once in Week to attend first common meeting for all.
• Make five different team with coordinator in our area for reducing of assembly problem in Testing, Final and Shipping.
• Daily sending Top Level Report for Daily Production Status and so on.
• Independently handled for SK-380 production related all activities i.e. Line related all new-requirement i.e. tools, tackles, jigs and fixture and so on.
• Segregated area-wise of facilities for SK-380 Production and arranged for timely and smooth Production of same.
• Set-up facility for Export machine to Middle East Countries and Myanmar and did all relative work i.e. Process sheet handling, comparing with existing facilities with tooling’s, area, change of Processes, providing technical change sheet to concern area with Department Heads, Modification of Existing tackles and requirement of new tackle for New-Models and so on.
• Worked for all type facilities for SK-380 (Breaker Machines dispatching to Overseas countries e.g.Sri-Lanka, Africa, Middle East etc) i.e. Process Sheets Arrangement, SAP Entries for all Process Sheets, Modification in Existing jig & Fixture related as per our requirement, arrangement of New Torque-Wrench, Pneumatic runner, tools & Tackles etc facilities to Assembly Line to up to Final Product.
• Planning, controlling & troubleshooting the daily activities for achieving the planned production output.
• Developing new process concepts & guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities.
• Coordinating with PPC & other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customer requirement & organizational guidelines.
• Monitoring, calculating, and recording the Efficiency, Productivity, rework time loss & absenteeism rate on daily basis and taking countermeasures to improve the same.
• Minimizing bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material, cost and machine, etc.
• Ensuring 100% human safety by continuously studying & analyzing the risks involved in process. Using KYK sheets to predict and prevent any hazard well before its occurrence.
• Taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents to ensure compliance with Quality standards & customer requirements.
• Identifying scope for implementing technological changes to enhance efficiency.
• Modifications in equipment, process, practices, consumables etc. for reducing cost per unit produced.
• Reduction of Bottlenecks, Monthly Inspection for Kaizen related activities, Reduction of Line defects through taking worst three meeting along with QA & MFG team.
• Successfully made All-Manufacturing Line SOP etc. as per ISO (9001-2015) requirement and implemented in Department.
• Kobelco made SK210LC-8, SK380LC-8, SK140LC-8, Export machines (Middle East, Myanmar, Southeast Asia), SK220LC-10, SK380LC-10, SK520LC-10, SK850LC-8 and currently working on Project of SK140LC-10 with BS-IV, SK70LC-10 etc.

• Initiated QC-Circle and kaizen activity in my sections & achieved one kaizen per month from each team.
• Holds the distinction of introducing “make it visible” concept in shop floor thus making every information like Production progress, unit defect, rework, man-hour, absenteeism rate etc. visible to all in shop floor, which helped in increasing the awareness of workers thus improving the efficiency & productivity.
• Redesigned Sub-Assembly & testing area layout with Manufacturing Engineering thus improving space utilization by 17%.
• Played a crucial role in reducing:
• Lead time for Final Assembly & painting, machine testing, Shipping Inspection & PDI from 17.5 Hours to 10.5 Hours; saved WIP inventory level (from line roll out to PDI) by 40%.
• Average Line Snags (found during testing and shipping inspection) per machine from 21 to 5 through kaizen & QC-Circle projects and continuous feedback system.
• Improved Worker Efficiency in Production from 73% to 86% & brought down rework time from 12% to 5%.
• Maintaining ‘Zero Accident’ safety record in my section.
• Received a training of 15 Days in Japan for manufacturing of Excavators i.e. all Sub Assembly Areas, Upper Line, Main Line, Testing, Final Assembly & Inspection of machines.

• Received 3rd Prize Japan QC-meets in June’2012 during presentation for “Modification of Process in KCEI”.
• Received 2nd Prize in Japan QC meets in November’2013 during presentation of increasing plant efficiency of machine from 03/Days to 04/Days.
• Received 1st Prize in Kobelco India for improvement and reduction of time for Machine-Light inspection time in Sep’2016.
• Received 1st Prize in Kobelco India for reduction of Paint defect in Export machine in Mar’2019.
• Received 2nd Prize in Kobelco India in Dec’2020 for Improvement of Fuel supply and Breaker Connector jig made to easy during Assembly in Line.
