• Supering & Planning of Shifts and preparing shift schedule, Stock and Spare Management, Target schedule.
• Erection of Equipment and preparation of Daily progress report & Data Analysis of Generation & maintenance. Independent operation of hydro power plant & Project management such as project planning & scheduling of activities etc.
• Knowledge of Project Specifications and check of Engineering Standard for Electrical Design/ Electrical Construction.
• Good experience in equipment drawings and inspect the erected material as per drawing.
• Design review and clearing design hurdles b/w electrical issues in design.
• Making a micro schedule of erection activities and ensuring that all components will be available on time and shall complete milestones before deadlines.
• Erection and commissioning of Hydro electrical equipment.
• Can handle erection activities of 132/11KV,33/6.6KV Power Transformer, Station Transformers, 132KV & 33KV switchyard, Control Relay Panel, Unit Protection Board and Unit Control Board, Generator, Turbines, Air compressor System, cooling water pump, fire fighting system, EOT crane etc
• Cable lying, Panel Erection, Termination, schedules checking Generator, Exciter, and Earthling of Electro-Mechanical Equipment.
• Mention attendance records, shift plan, Labour register, different electrical and mechanical spare parts, maintaining stock etc. Coordination with Govt bodies all dept. Of HPSEBL like P&T, M&T, Design, Local HPSEBL Division regarding all plant related matters. Regarding Joint meter reading, Generation, Compliance, planned and forced shutdowns and Deem generation.
