As an Assistant Manager, I have multiple roles and responsibilities in the firm.

• I was mainly involved in handling the project process from RISE, being the RISE point of contact for multiple projects.
• Assignments of roles and responsibilities to juniors and monitoring the process.
• Review of the federal/states work paper and return prepared by the preparer.
• Properly handling questions by juniors.
• Conducting training for new employees and making them comfortable with the software and some basic technical skills.
• Also, take responsibility to be a coach for five junior employees, to help them with their career discussions and any other concerns in or during employment.

I had been part of RSM team in preparing and reviewing Federal and basic states return. I am associate with both 1120 corporation and 1065 partnership. I am well versed with tool like Gosystem, Onesource, CCH for preparing and of return. I had helped new joiner with software training.

I have been a part of the GCR team and have been preparing and reviewing returns. I have experience in both Form 1065 and 1120 Federal as well as states. I am well versed with tools like Analyze workbook, K-1 Suite, Partner Forms, GoSystems and Onesource.

• Preparation of State and City return for corporation and partnership entity
• Preparation of work paper for US tax return filing.
• Conversant with various tax tool to file return (gosystem, one source Data Flow)
