• Requesting and reconciling the supplier s status report with an ERP records, thus detecting discrepancies and driving the solution in place.
• Initiating weekly meetings with site regarding process queries and improvement.
• Preparation of Goods in Transit Report, Challenge Report and the Month End Accrual Entries.
• Follow-up discrepancy of invoices with material management.
