During this role, I was part of the leadership team generating a turnover of INR 200 Cr monthly. I was heading the logistics function of the Northeast branch, having a team strength of 4 people and a budget of 5 Cr. This involved managing a space of 400,000 sq ft (1 hub, 4 warehouses, and 1 refrigerator cold supply chain warehouse). 10+ vendors, 200+ customers, including general trade, modern trade, and institutional business. The key work areas are:

• Demand planning: Generating sales forecasts for the region, along with the sales team.
• Inventory management at the warehouse and distributor (stock norms, stockouts, aging, etc.).
• Last Miles Logistics & Transportation.
• Order execution and customer execution.
• Warehouse and CFA management.
• Contract management and vendor management.
• Designing the supply chain for finished goods to avoid stock unavailability, as well as managing efficiency by controlling costs (inventory, expiry, transportation, run quantity).
