  • Successfully resolved investigation carried out by Anti-Evasion of IGST department for demand of refund claimed for IGST amount to the tune of Rs. 18.00 Cr. paid on export consignment cleared under Advance license.
  • Successfully resolved company's legal issue with GERC-ombudsman by appearing as party-in-person, submitting written submissions and verbal arguments. Secured the decree in favor of company for refund of Rs. 4.64 Cr.
  • Successfully carried out investigation of theft of finished goods i.e. S.S.Plates worth of Rs. 67.00 Lacs.
  • Resolved Litigation pertaining to applicability of exemption benefit available to stainless steel melting scrap. Company got refund of customs duty paid of Rs. 2.01 Cr.
  • Succeeded in representation made to Ministry of Commerce, Chairman of CBEC-board, New Delhi in the matter regarding reduction of Basic Customs Duty from 10% to 7.5% for product Nitrated Manganese Metal Flakes and others.

  • Achieved cost benefit of approx Rs. 1.02 Crore in one single order with MVVNL for supply of 275 km of 3X300 sq Mm19/33kv.
  • Prepared solution recommendations based on sound legal footing in Arbitration matter against GAIL. Company got refund of Rs. 2.09 Crore.
