chain, initiating via BD till the deal closure:

• BD: Setting up calls with promoters to understand their business and to
  understand their mindset and identifying the opportunity.
• Follow up calls with promoters, multiple round of discussions and entering into a mandate.
• Deal execution: Supporting end to end deal execution with my partner.
  Starting from preparation of Information request list, preparing collaterals (Teaser, IM and Financial Model), engaging with buyers/investors and post term sheet process (setting up Due Diligence process), and reviewing SHA/SPA.

Renewable Energy Company (Listed Entity):

• PIPE Deal
• In talks with investors
• Deal value will be ~INR 150 crores
• Role: Engaged in end to end execution of deal

Consumer: (Staples):

• Sell side mandate
• In process of setting up investor meeting with the management
• Deal value INR 150 crores
• Role: Engaged in end to end execution, from preparing pitch deck to financial model

Consumer (F&B):

• Sell Side mandate
• Have identified strategic buyers as well as in talks with Buy Out funds
• Company is valued at around INR 1,500 crores
• Role: Prepared a pitch deck to show how the revenue of the company and the ultimate valuation can be increased by selling the business to right strategic partner via earnout structure

• Preparing detailed counterparty credit assessment reports through thorough assessment of business and financial risk profile
• Performing financial statement analysis and updating financial models on a timely basis for analysis
• Drafting credit reports by drawing upon linkages between macro factors, regulations, and industry-specific nuances
• Conducting regular surveillance of counerparts to identify material credit events and the impact on the counterpart's health
• Within six months was put into a new project, which was conducted on a pilot run basis
