• Working as an Operation Analyst for Seller Ops Team
• Here, I need to act as a bridge between the Seller and the CM team to get the Pick up process streamlined and smoothened.

1. Streamlining processes to ensure timely order processing and handover by marketplace sellers. On site visit to the sellers to understand the ground level problems and give them real time solution which in turn helped to maintain the lifecycle of the order within TAT.

3. Working on tickets raised by sellers and resolving the issues on time to maintain the TAT and in turn to keep the customer experience and seller experience intact.

4. Working with stakeholders ( Carrier management Team , BDMs ,CX team) to analyze the seller problems effectively.

5. Visibility of metrics through report publication which in turn helps us to understand the processing rate and growth of business.

6. Also, apart from BAUs I am a part of the monthly Employee engagement Activity body.

• As Senior Executive for Flipkart, I used to work with operations mainly and the support functions of the organization which involved management and supervision of floor operations along with team management of 320 off role employees.
• Apart from this I used to take care of 'Aawaaz' which dealt with resolving the problems raised by the associates within TAT and work on the feedback given by them along with the stakeholders
• I was also part of pilot runs of new models, giving refresher training to employees and engagement activities. Implemented on floor Kaizen to make the processes more beneficial.
• Helped in keeping all the metrics green which deals with OF operations which included maintaining system compliance at 100%, delivering 100% to plan outbound with adherence to the SOP.

• As Process Assistant for Amazon, India I was solely a part of the Operations Team.
• I had to lead a team of 250 odd Associates and Problem Solvers which included quick decision making, bias for action behavior, and problem-solving skills.
• Proper shift management and deployment which resulted in Outbound volume of 96000 in one day with TPH of 40.1.

• As a Quality Assurance Executive, I used to deal with the quality metrics of the processes and product and check the adherence of it with the SOP. It deals with the Quality and material handling audits.
• Resolution of Customer escalations through detailed RCA.
