• Estimation & creating Resource Forecasting (Staffing) sheet for the duration of the project
• Creating the High-Level Project Gantt Chart/ Visio Road Map
• Work with management to develop complex Microsoft Project plans with considerable inter-dependencies, including contingency plans for dealing with potential or anticipated obstacles and changes/risks.
• Budgeting - Tracking down the Project revenue/Gross Margin
• Recording and Maintaining Documents like Lessons Learnt, Project Feedback, Project Status and Risk register (RAID)

Project # 1 - Argus to Aris Global Life sphere Suite transition for a Tier 1 US Pharma Company

Duration : 1 Yr. 2 Months

• Suite comprises of LSMV, LSRA, LSR & LSSRM
• End to End Implementation Support of the LSMV Suite (LSMV, LSRA, LSSR, EV Triage)
• In Parallel to DB Implementation, worked closely with customer on their Business Readiness in setting up a new Pharma Co-vigilance Vertical wherein focusing on the following key areas (Case Management,Period Reporting,SOPs & Trainings,SDEAs,Compliance Management,Vendor Management & PSMF)

Project # 2 - Argus and CW5 (Clinical Works) to Aris Global Life sphere Suite transition for a Tier 1 Japan Pharma Company, Duration: 4 months (In Progress)

• Suite comprises of LSMV, LSRA, LSR & LSSRM
• End to End Implementation of the LSMV Suite (LSMV, LSRA, LSSR, EV Triage) which includes LSMV Suite Configuration,Data Migration from Argus, CW5 to LSMV and LSMV Suite Validation

• Monitored Project RAG Status, financial tracking, resource mobilization, milestone closure
• Successfully implemented and seamless transition of service to BAU, ensured detailed infrastructure documentation is developed and forwarded internally for all projects
• Created project documentation and knowledge transfer from client to HCL
• Tracked progress of scheduled plan, revised as required to attain defined milestones and ensured CR are raised on time and tracked
• Provided In-flight and supplier proposed scheduled and adhoc reports covering project progress, risks, mitigation steps
• Managed changes to existing client infrastructure and new implementation of IT infrastructure

• Provide coaching and guidance in Agile, Scrum and leads Agile delivery teams consisting of a mix of organization and possibly contractor/vendor staff

• Proven hands-on experience with quality assurance practices, including project plan development, test strategy development, test plan development, test case & test data review, and test automation
• Inherited three disparate cross-functional teams (India, USA & Vietnam) and through teambuilding, cross-training, and skills building, created a single team of professional testers
• Increased team size from 22 to 58 through a combination of on-shore and off-shore recruitment
• Introduced and expanded the use of test management and test execution tools to improve tester efficiency, reliability, and repeatability
