• Headed the vehicle integration team to deliver an E-system achieving homologation, crash and ADT requirements
• Accelerated the team to deliver the Design and development of the E-system mechanical parts to meet DFM, DFA, and regulatory standards, which included the Battery Systems, Electronic support structures and Electric Drivetrain mount structures
• Established a robust vehicle level DMU, DFMEA, IFMEA, DFS, DFM-A, DVP&R’s
• Centralized the Vehicle change content, layout finalization, E&MBOM, PLM, and engineering change
• Developed and Improved Robust Vehicle & Subsystem Technical Specifications and established a new process to ensure Vehicle Engineering execution to meet the specifications
• Resolved design bottlenecks for passing Pedestrian Protection test 78/2009 EC for a complete plastic bodied car for the crash and pedestrian safety simulations and certification
• Headed and delivered on time Design of various interior and exterior aggregates (Hood, firewall, centre console etc.)

• Led a team of 15 Engineers at VOLVO 3P, India

• Optimized engine cooling fan cable commonisation for 12 engine variants leading to a nominal cost saving per vehicle.
