- Coordinating with plant to assess feasibility for new mould development.
- Worked with the automation of 2-piece mould design using Catia 3Dexperience software.
- Collaborated with product development team to produce sidewall drawings meeting certification requirements (BIS, AIS & ECE).
- A team player in the launching of Mould Management System (MMS) used to generate & record the status of every mould inventory across Europe & APMEA.
- Developed application in QuickBase called Mould Modification Request (MMR) for recording and tracking mould modifications across all plants.
- Rolled out another application in Quickbase platform called Global Moulds. All the activities happening inside the global moulds department are flown through this application.
