- Design and development of 2-Piece Mould & engraving drawings using Autocad.
- Coordinating with plant for the feasibility of New Mould Development.
- Worked with the automation of 2-piece mould designing using Catia 3Dexperience software.
- Collaborated with cross functional team like product development team to generate sidewall drawings to meet the certification requirement like BIS, AIS & ECE.
- A team player in launching of Mould Management System (MMS) used to generate & record the status of every mould inventory across Europe & APMEA.
- Created a whole new application using QuickBase called Mould Modification Request (MMR) for the recording and tracking of mold modification happening across all plants globally.
- Rolled out another application in Quickbase platform called Global Moulds. All the activities happening inside the global moulds department are flown thrown this application.
