• As a Control-M engineer, I will design, create and configure Control-M jobs in the unix environment based on the job requirements and business processes
• Develop and write Shell/Perl scripts to automate job execution and perform necessary data transformations
• Worked and created Managed File Transfer that enables a secure and efficient transfer of files between different systems, networks and organizations
• Analyzing job performance, optimize Control-M job scheduling and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and improve performance
• Installing Control-M servers, agents and upgrading them to the latest versions
• Migrating existing jobs to GoAnywhere tool in Azure Cloud.
• Worked on Incident management to resolve incidents related to Control-M job failures, errors, performance issues.
• Daily activities include creating builds, deploying the artifacts in multiple Dev and QA environments and debugging build failures and worked with development and QA teams to resolve the same.
• Creating/starting/stopping agents and the jobs configured under that agents.
• Having an experience with Docker images, Docker files, Ansible tool and AWS services like EC2, S3

Client : First Abu Dhabi Bank(FAB)

• As an application Support Engineer monitoring the application in pre and prod environments to ensure they are run smoothly into production with no risk to the services
• provided to the solutions and working on client issues and requests.
• Fixing the batch job failures/ Long Runners and providing the root cause analysis.
• Uploading the daily base files from different source systems.
  Responsible for performing necessary documentation, including design documents.
• Responsible for providing the support in L2 level depending on the priority of the issues to meet client's SLA. Good knowledge in ITIL framework such as incident management, problem management and change management.
• Disaster Recovery (DR)& quarterly Maintenance Windows (QMW) activities in production support.
