  • The Portal & Securities (PS) module provides security administrators with the ability to track and audit user access controls/permissions. For dealer/fleet users, SPS generates audit reports to track their access permissions for OWS.
  • Whenever user profile attributes change at module levels, the security report structure dynamically updates to reflect these changes.
  • OWS leverages Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) as its Business Rules Engine (BRE) to support this global solution.
  • The Parts Return (PR) module allows users to create part return requests based on vehicle, claim attributes, and part numbers (or exclusions). These requests are matched with dealer-paid claims to generate unique tags which dealers use to return parts back to Ford.
