Project Title: Fiware (OFIW) - JAPAN Role: Support Japan Smart City based on FIWARE

Roles

• Support NEC Japan in their smart City deployment on FIWARE.
• Worked on Rancher kubernetes environment
• Resolving issues/queries of client.
• Add features and resolved bugs in FIWARE GEs and OSS: Orion, Cepheus, cygnus, STH-Comet, IOTAgent-JSON, QuantumLeap, WSO2
• Supported FIWARE community by contributing on different GEs on Github
• Conducted PQI audits for the project
• Involved in discussion with clients for requirement gathering
• Involved in Team and Project management activities like managing JIRA, creating WBS, Metrics, etc.
• Handled Team of size 11.

Project Title: Fiware (OFIW-Lab) - JAPAN

Roles and Responsibility:

• Support Fiware Lab on Openstack by handling user requests as Openstack Administrator
• Resolving issues/queries of users.
• Add support of K8s for Fiware-Lab user CLI and GUI using ansible.
• Provide support for openstck user to deploy kubernetes through Ansible playbooks
• Fetch user data from Openstack and store it in database.
• Designed and developed user friendly UI dashboard with Python Flask for deployment of FIWARE GEs on VMs via Kubernetes.

Project Title: OpenStack Whiteboxing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deployed and configured OpenStack core services (Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, etc.) on whitebox hardware environments.
• Executed component-specific OpenStack CLI commands and REST APIs to verify functional correctness and service availability.
• Captured and analyzed request/response payloads, status codes, and timing metrics to evaluate performance and SLA adherence.
• Validated new features and enhancements in the latest OpenStack release against documentation and expected behavior.
• Documented test outcomes, raised issues for non-compliant services, and collaborated with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement.
