.Working in Regulatory reporting team monitoring reporting.
Monitoring daily reports of SMMD &MMSR, KOREA, ASIC, JAPAN on a T + 1 basis.
Resolving the errors and working with IT teams re-reporting the trades before cut off time,if trades that are not reported on T + 1 basis, identifying the reason and notifying the clients on the reason for delay
Reviewing database output by performing various reconciliations to ensue reporting is done correctly.
Understanding the trade reporting cycle [Trade booking application to Trade repository].
Ensuring timely reporting of trades to compliance with Regulatory requirements.
Perform reconciliation such as Snapshot reconciliation, position level reconciliation and Valuation reconciliation, unlink & unmatched reporting for respective asset class.
Handling regulatory queries with high priority.
Implementing controls to improve the quality of regulatory reporting. Worked closely with IT team on applications migration and UAT Testing.
Onboarding and transition of new reporting's and creating new controls to maintain accuracy and completeness on reporting.
Responsible for the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Preparation of client wise and region wise KPls for the clients
Hosting Scrum calls with regular BAU updates and ongoing issues on different asset classes on a daily basis and connecting with Onshore on weekly basis discuses on current issues of Asset class.
Creating an effective Production and Testing program OPCO presentation on a monthly basis to stakeholders to maintain transparency on movement of Asset class.
Actively involved in ASIC,KOREA rewrites 2024 and 2025.
