Onboarding and Service Lead - Founding Team

  • PMS onboarding setup managed as a founding team member. PMS application forms are being made, and the onboarding team set up in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi.
  • Tie up with KRA for KYC registration. Individually met with seniors at all KRAs for end-to-end setup.
  • Tie up and end-to-end setup with two custodians for accounts for PMS purposes.
  • Individual/Sole Service Manager for a set of UHNI clients belonging to three co-founders.
  • Single Service Manager for the initial 1-2 years of the firm.
  • Reporting system set up liaising with Wealth Spectrum.
  • AIF/MF distribution managed for the first two years of the firm.
