OTC Derivative trade validation and enrichment,Cash management

• Interests Get files of trade booked from broker (SG, GS, BAML, BNP, DB, WF, HSBC, BARCLAYS) and save into the system.
• File drop manually into xceptor/babel and get output files and save into the system. check uploaded files flow down into CBSU or not. if not then upload manually into CBSU.
• File will flow down to FSDV. check into FSDV and take snap of CBSU and FSDV and send Sign off Email to reconciliation team. NAV calculation.
• Do Blackrock WHEM collateral and OCEAN collateral. Do sanity check of initial margin, variance margin, COB date and PAI.
• Do transaction posting WHEM,OCEAN,AVIVA collateral.
• Cash management.
• Price verification in Bloomberg.

Equity derivative Trade confirmation

• To mitigate economic affirmation risk in equity derivative product, ensuring trade details are affirmed with the client by T+2.
• Mitigate the risk of any key economic differences between client and prime broker.
• Follow up with clients to execute the legal confirmation issues by Goldman Sachs.
• Ensure discrepancy resolution for any disputes raised by the client on our confirmation in a timely manner.
• Liaison with internal counterparts (i.e Desk, Sales team, Trade Support, Settlements, Legal Finance) to work through issues and identify the correct remediation required.
• Reviewed files, records and other documents to obtain business information and key data informing responses to development requests.
• Preparation of Local and Global MIS report (daily activity) for distribution to the management.

FX OTC derivative trade confirmation

• To mitigate economic affirmation risk in FX derivative product, ensuring trade details are affirmed with the client by T+2.
• Mitigate the risk of any key economic differences between client and prime broker.
• Follow up with clients to execute the legal confirmation issues by Globeop.
• Ensure discrepancy resolution for any disputes raised by the client on our confirmation in a timely manner.
• Affirmation of FX Derivative and with internal and external counterparties.
• Production of ISDA paper trade confirmations for vanilla and complex FX Options.
• Responsible for resolution of trade discrepancies, Professional communication with thorough and detailed explanation to clients via e‑mail or phone to resolve all differences in a timely manner.
• Files, records and other documents to obtain business information and key data informing responses to development requests.
• Preparation of Local MIS report (daily activity) for distribution to the management.

Credit Administration and credit monitoring (Middle office) Group

• Provide services for defaulter check of corporate clients to RM (Relationship manager).
• Preparation of first express renewal note and CAL after release of minutes from committee.
• Doing Disbursement into system (Finacle or ambit) – borrower code and loan account generation, disbursement into system.
• Capturing and Updating of covenants for LSM – limit set up memo and Term loan.
• Upload UFCE (Un‑hedge foreign currency exposure) certificates of clients on perform for quarterly and annually.
• OFI‑FFR preparation for clients and Tracking, capturing and creating events for OFI‑FFR reports into system till loan get repaid.
• RBI annexure incoming and outgoing.
• Tracking and capturing and creating of events into c‑ marts for UFCE certificates.

FX OTC derivative confirmation

• Affirmation of FX Derivative and with internal and external counterparties.

Equity Trade (Nostro)Reconciliation

• Hedge fund Reconciliation of trades positions and cash between K+ and PB statements.
• Follow up with the Prime Brokers/Fund Managers to seek clarifications on outstanding breaks NAV calculation.
• Uploading Trades into the K+ either manually or through auto loading of files received from manager /PB.
• Fail trade monitoring and settlement.
• Worked alongside retail representatives to boost sales by enhancing product presentations and advertising collateral.
