• Segmenting 500K+ retail transactions using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) scoring to classify customers into Champions, Loyal, At-Risk, Promising, and Lost segments
• Cleaning and transforming raw transactional data using Pandas in which handling nulls, cancellations, and outliers
• Building an interactive Tableau dashboard with segment distribution, revenue-by-tier, and RFM scatter plot
• Identifying top 20% customers driving ~65% of revenue to enable targeted marketing strategies
