Troubleshooting different issue related to Linux Operating system based on the Events triggered on the Monitoring system
Working on Incident & Change Management Tickets in Linux
Working on Service requests based on the requirements from various teams
Managing & Resolving disk space issues using Logical Volume management
Creating daily health check reports of servers, storages.
Planning & Resolving the Issues within the specified down time.
Scheduling jobs using Crontab and AT jobs.
Responsible for adding, creating new users, groups and setup home directories and appropriate access restrictions to software and directories & files using access modes.
Performing basic troubleshooting related to UNIX administration
Engaging the incidents to Various teams based on the type of the alert.
For every 3 Months we will be resetting the root passwords for all the servers in the environment.

• Responsible for applying OS patches and upgrades on regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
• Managing Subscription and billing on AWS
• Creating Virtual Machine and working on VPC - Cloud - AWS
• Preparing Root Cause Analysis(RCA) for Incidents/Problems
• Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of various applications
• Configuring and Administering IIS(Webservers), FTP Sites as per client request
• Maintain Server, Upgrade, Secure, System backup and disaster recovery preparations
• Firewall (Quickheal) and Server Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Network Monitoring of Internet usage and bandwidth usage.

• Analyze the performance of the systems and ensure the performance objective and availability of requirements
• Maintenance across a wide range of operating systems, servers, applications, and programs
• Provided extensive remote support
• Setup and install of home and office networking with internet services and printers
• Supervise to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenances to support network availability
• Maintained the LAN and supported all systems used to keep business running
• Continuously monitoring of system performance and tuning them for optimization on infrastructure with up to date patches or updates for OS
• Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware & Software in PC's & Other attached peripheral Devises, Switches & Routers, Operating Systems and Volume License Management.
