• Report violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative and corrective procedures
• Provides ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience
• Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flags any updates to Lead/Manager
• Using SQL queries for reports & insights
• Working on clusters & assignment through Excel.
• Kept detailed records of daily progress to identify and correct areas needing improvement.
• Cross audit of classification for custom clearance
• Data mining & giving business insights

Roles & Responsibility :

• Interacting with logistic, finance, engineering & warehouse team so that customer issue will get resolved within turnaround time
• Sending email to concerned SPOC on daily basis to have quick resolution for the Customers complaints
• Writing queries on MS-SQL Workbench & data democracy portal to pull out the required data for operations
• Sending internal reports to stakeholders for checking the required data on daily basis
• Providing SME Support, giving training to newly hired champions & doing root cause analysis on high ageing complaints & complicated cases
• Taking care of service level, FRT(First response time), TTR(Time taken to resolve the task) on daily basis
• Reporting and data management
