Client : EA Sports, USA

Duration : Jan 2016 to April 2016

Description:

The objective of this project is to deliver a better customer experience for all EA customers worldwide. With above 2 million customers worldwide we have developed this project to help/serve the customers in a better way and also have received a better customer survey response after the deployment of this Project.

Responsibilities:

Ø Performed Functional/Salesforce/Automation/API testing on the application.

Ø Analyzed Test Scenarios from Requirements and wrote test cases.

Ø Performed Smoke, Functional and GUI Testing.

Ø Performed Regression testing.

Ø Developed Test cases, to test the Functionality and Change Functionality of the application from the FSD (Functional Specifications Documents).

Ø Performed Sanity, Functional, GUI, Integration and Regression Testing of the Application at different level.

Ø Logged the Defects in the early stage of testing to minimize the risk.

The objective of this project is to deliver better customer experience for EA Sports by taking different kinds of actions on the bad actor/player who tries to harass or cheat etc on other players

Responsibilities:

Ø Performed end to end Functional/Automation/API/Load testing on GPS UI site

Ø Analyzed Test Scenarios from Requirements and wrote test cases.

Ø Performed Smoke, Functional and GUI Testing and Regression testing.

Ø Involved in bug detection, Defect logging and retesting of fixed bugs.

Ø Prepared Test Case documents and helped in review.

Ø Communicated with developers to sort out issues with respect to their criticality.
