• Coordinate with DSA's and Channel partners to Communicate queries and follow up of the same to achieve targets and ensure TAT is maintained.
• Calculate and set interest rates
• Negotiate loan terms with clients
• Interpret documentation to make appropriate decision
• Maintain records of loan applications
• Recommend loan approvals or denials as well as limits.
• Customer interaction Vis a Vis loan appraisal and loan servicing requirements.
• Solution to customer needs.
• Developing a tracking methodology for Disbursement Fixing
• Reviewing Disbursement dockets for smooth Fixing
• Coordinating with Disbursement Fixing Team and Sales Team for timely resolution.
• Ensuring Disbursement fixing TAT.

• Handling NB & EB Customers
• Cross checking and verifying the files.
• Handling Customer Queries & Responding To Them Accordingly
