*Creating a proposal for services in Product Engineering/Modernization, Data Analytics & Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, Mobility, and QA/Test Automation.
*Work in the Entire Sales Cycle, Active participation in Prospect Movement Calls for assisting Sales to penetrate/nurture qualified accounts.
*Hands-on experience in responding to business presentations, sales support, secondary research, project scoping, creating case studies, management decks, marketing documents, write-ups, and collaterals.
*Research and account analysis to analyze new trends available in markets.
Ensuring timely creation of reusable components, collaterals, and follow-up artifacts for lead nurturing.
*Maintain & Update the Repository for (Company information, Solution Information, Past Presentations/Proposals/Case Studies, and Prospect info tracking)
*Passionate about working hand in hand with users to produce requirements and specifications that effectively reflect business needs and are technologically achievable.
Job Responsibilities:
*Experience in creating Proposals & Quotations for products like Library Management System, Mobile Application, ERP System, Digital Language Lab, Grievance Redressal Portal, and College Management System.
*Created product brochures presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint.
*Coordinate with the Technology Team for Solution Approach details and create Case Studies.
*Actively engage in the business community to scope out strategic and service needs for the firm.
*Team leader for Presales and had reporting of SMs and ASMs on a daily basis to Management.
*Guide and mentor the Presales trainees/team members involved in Presales team growth strategies.
*An effective communicator with good interpersonal and people management skills.
