• Defined comprehensive metadata attributes aligned with FAIR principles—ensuring data is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. Drafted requirements for building both domain-level and enterprise-wide business glossaries in Microsoft Purview, fostering consistent terminology and robust data governance. To enable fine-grained access control, we developed a tagging strategy integrated with Immuta, enabling policy-driven, purpose-based data access. We established a clear governance process with defined roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability. Additionally, we defined key data quality metrics to assess the performance of the Data Marketplace platform. Mapped the end-to-end flow of metadata across platforms to ensure seamless lifecycle management. Finally, conducted a thorough DCAM (Data Management Capability Assessment Model) evaluation for a line of business and crafted a targeted uplift plan to address low-maturity areas and enhance overall data management capabilities.

Data Governance & MDM Strategy- Energy Client

• Performed Data Profiling on the identified critical data elements and developed an assessment report for all the data analyzed through the profiling tool. Captured High Level requirements for the target state MDM implementation. Defined Data Governance framework and architecture for the MDM implementation with detailed roadmap.

Data Governance Processes Definition & Op Model Operationalization- Energy Client

• Designed Data Governance Processes and Policies for prioritized areas such as Data Quality, Data Classification, Data Sharing, Data Operations etc. Defined plan for Data Governance operating model operationalization.

Data Mesh Operating Model- CPG Client

• Designed and implemented Hub and Spoke operating model construct. Defined functional target architecture for data mesh organization. Benchmark against other CPG organizations and suggested tailored actionable practices to ABI for adoption of Data Mesh across the organization.

Data Visualization- HealthCare Client

• Transformed data and developed PowerBI Dashboards for Executive Readout and curated recommendations basis the key insights derived for identity consolidation program.

• Conducted maturity assessment and gap analysis of entire data landscape of a telecom organization using Infosys 'Stages of Excellence' model. Benchmarked clients AS-IS state with industry competitors and market leaders.
• Conducted interviews with Business and IT SMEs, Architects for gathering information on tools in scope. Developed business case for the tools in scope resulting in an estimated annual savings of $2mn. Designed and provided the overview of implementation of information aggregator tool.
• Played an instrumental role in conceptualizing and crafting the Infosys Chief Data Officers (CDO) capability, Hawkeye (identifying blind spots in data), performance cockpit (KPI framework, storyboarding framework etc.) and new age consumption use case solutions/offerings.
