INVESTMENT BANKING

• Possess good understanding in Canadian Banking Technology (Investment banking), and have good capability in identifying the functional/Business scenarios for Manual and Automation as well.
• Working knowledge of Account setup and Maintenance, which includes adding Investment Product under Personal or Non Personal and Sole or Joint Customer account. Worked on various Investment accounts including Registered and Non registered plan e.g. RRSP, TFSA, RRIF, RESP, RESP, RDSP, NRSP etc.
• Worked on Momentum plus savings accounts
• Domain knowledge of purchasing investments of GICs with different interest rates offered and complete MF settlement process.
• Working knowledge of Investment Maintenance under Customer Account, Pre-accumulated contributions and automatic withdrawal, Transfers, Reversals and Reporting.
• Knowledge on commercial accounts including Notice, Trust and crowd plan types which dealt with corporate and small business client, includes 7 interest rate including USD LIBOR, CAD CDOR etc.
• Worked on critical interest calculation testing on different investment products including retail and commercial accounts.
• Worked on AML KYC, where understands the importance of KYC which identifies correct investment product for a customer.
• Worked on end to end PEGA compliance case life cycle.

MANUFACTURING UNIT

• The architectural workflow begins with lead generation and qualification in the Sales Service CRM system.
• Sales representatives use Salesforce to manage opportunities, generate quotes, and convert leads into sales orders.
• Once an order is placed, Boomi facilitates the integration between Salesforce and other systems, such as ERP, to initiate order fulfillment and production scheduling.
• Service requests initiated through the CRM system are routed to the appropriate service teams for resolution.
• Boomi ensures that relevant customer data, service history, and order information are accessible to service technicians, enabling them to provide timely and effective support.
• Throughout the process, Salesforce serves as the central hub for tracking customer interactions, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining a 360-degree view of the customer.

• Mentored 10+ new employees to bring them up to speed on projects, resulting in quicker overall completion milestones.
