1) INFORMs Act Registrations and Compliance (05/2023–07/2023)
- I joined the RCO team to work on the tools that are in the pilot stage and to help clear the tasks and cases before the deadline. The effort led to quicker communication processes for the seller and, in the end, a greater task resolution rate for the customers.

2) Amazon global logistics. (10/2022 - Present)
- In addition to helping the program team identify process problems, I am working on process improvement.

3) Amazons internal browser pilot program.
(March 2022 - Present)
- Actively working on and contributing to the creation of Amazon's internal browser to improve seller data security.
