- Ensuring that adequate training and knowledge about CTS process-flow and requirements is imparted to all manpower involved in CTS clearing, from processing vendors, the technical team to the verification team to increase manpower productivity.
- Maintenance and monitoring of GL accounts with respect to RBI current a/c and internal clearing suspense accounts.
- Monitoring of EOD reports and vendor MIS and tracking of any deviations on a day to day basis.
- Issuing necessary guidelines to the Branches and assisting them in solving customer queries.
- Taking adequate measures for prevention of fraud like special UV checking and scrutiny for high value transactions.
