- Assist the key experts in understanding the design, extracting the details from the design, and making minor modifications to the design as needed.
- Assist key personnel in reviewing all activities related to the construction of the highway.
- Oversee the construction of the road, highway, and expressway project from beginning to end.
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.
- Carry out the survey according to the project schedule and site conditions regarding the highway and structure.
- Contractor monitoring, watching plant production, and preparation of the weekly program.
- Preparation of subcontractor bills.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
