As an IT Service Delivery Manager:

• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions
• Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce variety of high-quality deliverables

• Resolve team impediments to increase effectiveness of application of Scrum in organization

• Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
