• In my current role,I manage to drive the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. My role is to focus on leading the project, managing a team of consultants, and providing strategic insights to enhance supply chain processes.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion SCM solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensuring the planning, execution, and delivery of the enhancement requests.
• Lead system integration, configuration, and customization to enhance business processes.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, feasibility studies, and impact analysis.
• Responsible for end-to-end project execution starting with requirement analysis, designing solutions, developing solution, testing, conducting CRP and UAT, cutover planning, production support, knowledge transition, quality assurance and user training
• Implementing subscription management, Revenue Management, Inventory, Order Management and Accounts Receivables.

• Leading new initiatives, implementations, rollouts and BAU
• Interact with business users to understand and document their business processes and requirements, Perform gap analysis to determine system configuration and development changes
• Create business requirement documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user-training documents and implementation documents
• Work with business and development team to design and implement system modifications
• Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing through all phases of Project
• Delivering new CRs and enhancing current Procurement solution
• Taking weekly call with Oracle Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) on escalated/High Priority issues
• Responsible for completing User access review, Privileged access reviews and other audit activities for adherence to Process and Audit Compliance.

• Responsible for monitoring ASCP programs and their timely completion, identifying issues in case of failure and fix them in fastest possible way
• Worked with business Users, developers and Oracle Support to research, document and resolve Oracle system issues
• Issue Related- Building solution in Purchasing, Inventory and Oracle Order Management i.e
• Configuring the product on live Instance by defining new Transaction Types, Bank Accounts, Document Sequences, Price Lists, Inventory Organizations and Stock Locations etc.
