- UPI Intent on Msite Journey - New payment mode added on msite journey. SRT of 70%+. Customer adoption for payment increase on Msite by 1%.
- PayLater - Paylater Payment Mode Added on Cliq Payment Page. Documented user stories, specifications, and product features into detailed work order to communicate across teams and build mandatory requirements. Current SRT = 90%+
- New Payment Mode Addition of Payment Gateways. This was done to create backup and re-disked routing of transactions for Cards and UPI Payment Method. 3 backups added for various PGs.
- Downtime Communication - Communication to customer in realtime during bank server issue on payment page. Resulted in 2% SRT upliftment on Cards Payment Mode.
- Prioritised roadmap in order to achieve product goals and metrics. Collaborated with Business Alliance, Finance, Legal and Support teams to understand pain points and convert to customer centric features, aligned with customers demands and company vision.
