• Enhanced documentation for gTLDs (generic top-level domains) to provide accurate, clear documentation to meet the needs of developers and users.

• Migrated and managed over 20 documents in WordPress, and ensured accurate task tracking with JIRA.

• Created a branding-style template in Microsoft Word, and migrated over 25 documents.
• Updated approximately 10,000 images in the Adobe RoboHelp legacy OLHs (Online Help) for 10 languages to maintain consistency with the application's new UI.
• Authored knowledge base articles and procedure guides to enhance internal information accessibility.

• Researched and drafted content for over 350 articles (245,000 words) using tools, like WordPress, Grammarly, Google Trends, and Canva.
