I have total experience of completing 3 no's of Project's [EPC-Railway Infrastructure & OHE], The Project's are [GR.NER 02/UP . GR.242-243/UP . GR.213/GJ ] and the total Project cost is about @INR 434-450 Crores Only. Where I have worked as a Engineer in Project Execution & Management and contributed in following points.

• Served as primary point of contact for Techno-commercials activities, Organizing and coordinating with several key vendors, Contractor's, Supplier or Service Provider and Processing all their respective finance or payment clearance against invoices and also responsible for systemized the cash out flow in ORACLE ERP.
• Construction budgeting and Valuation, Project Estimation and Costing, Project Planning, Project Scheduling, Equipment & Materials Management, Project Coordination, Construction material Rate-Analysis, Price negotiation in terms of Sub-contractor work scope, Vendor & Supplier management and there registration to organization Portal, Work order drafting for Sub-contractor work Scope.
• Project progress monitoring, Site safety review, Preparing project progress report, Attend Project meeting's for betterment & Smoothness of Project Site Execution.
