• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Primary:
• · Working as a Windows System Administrator for a Team called “Server & Backup Remediation”
• · Executing RIMM (Remote Infrastructure Management and Monitoring) Infrastructure for Global clients.
• · Responsible for handling 1300+Server (VM Servers and Physical Servers) and 8000+ Workstations/laptops.
• · Monitoring of Windows Servers and critical application performance using RMM tools.
• · Attending joint calls for primary technical discussions with clients for mapping Requirements &providing solutions.
• · Responsible for Change Management Request (CMR), Incident Management, Problem management and Task Management.
• · Working with vCenter Server for following issues,
• Resize the drive space on virtual servers,
• Perform vMotion and migrations
• § Migration of physical machine to virtual machine.
• · Managing, Installation, configuration, Restoration and troubleshooting of Backup Applications such as:- Acronis Cyber protect 12.50,AltaroStorageCraft ShadowProtect ,Veeam Backup, Data Protection, StorageCraft ImageManager & Windows Backup.
• · Working experience on Backup Management( Acronis,Shadow Protect Backup) such as installing, configuring, scheduling, sizing, managing storage space,
• · Troubleshooting the issues related to it, Offsite Backup Remediation, Backup Auditing.
• · Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, essential services and Performance counters.
• · Responsible to perform the regular Backup Activity, Patching and Antivirus activity of Server and Workstations.
• · DFS and File server Management.
• · Conducting proactive checks with regards to Windows and Antivirus.
• · Handling the complete installation, configuration & maintenance of Microsoft Windows Servers.
• · Managing, Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of AV Servers like Webroot.
• · Troubleshooting and resolution of Windows Server Application and System eventlogs (Critical, Error and Warning event ids)
• · Managing user desktop environment using group policies.
• · Updating latest security fixes & critical updates released by Microsoft using Labtech tool (patch management).
• · Resolve tickets on the Connectwise ticketing board using one of the following methods,
• § Resolving Server offline alerts (Resetting the server through VMWare, iLO , iDRAC , IPMI).
• § Remediate tickets related to Patching and Antivirus issue.
• § Worked on Exchange backpressure alerts.
• § Service Start/Stop, Counters status, agent status.
• § Worked on Exchange backpressure alerts.
• § Event log monitoring basic troubleshooting, Log all activities in to the ticketing system.

• Responsible for Asset and Infrastructure Change Management processes within all Data Centre Repair servers (replace hard drives; replace bad sticks of RAM, etc

• Experience using enterprise management and monitoring tools; VMware venter Configuration Manager,
