  • I am working for an healthcare firm. The process is HIM (DNFB). I review medical records like inpatient, ambulatory surgery and outpatient charts for completion. If there is discrepancy by provider I assign the deficiency to provider and ask them to complete it. Once completed I assign the charts to medical billing.
  • This includes team work, discussions about various scenarios and target achievement. I do raise queries to onshore for particular charts.
  • The charts is being monitored and audited by auditor. My quality score is above the set targets.
