I have successfully collaborated with esteemed companies such as Wipro and Amazon, working closely with their HR departments and recruiters to source and place top talent.

• Engaged with over 300 companies to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored candidate solutions.
• Successfully placed 700+ candidates in various roles, demonstrating a strong ability to match candidates' skills with company requirements.
• Developed and maintained strategic relationships with HR professionals and recruiters to ensure effective and efficient hiring processes.

Recent Accomplishments:

• Given an expanded role that includes managing additional responsibilities for NIIT, encompassing college management and enhancing collaboration between academic institutions and industry partners

• Sakshi Tv is one of the reputable channels in Telugu states
• I was first hired at Saskhi as a Tv events manager then promoted to Corporate Affairs department by our chairman Ms.Rani reddy believing my skills suit better in that area
• My roles and responsibilities are pretty challenging, around the year Saskhi TV conducts about five to six TV events for telecasting purposes, funds for these events are mostly comes from sponsorships
• So handling them and getting that sponsorship quote margin higher has been always challenging and I believe I never failed to satisfy the management with my negotiations with clients, besides dealing with sponsorships I am also incharge of creatives and ads
• I am currently handling advertising agency that Sakshi tv was tied up with.

• A software company which provides an online platform to jewellery stores to display their jewellery across Hyderabad
• Although its a very small company, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience dealing with people of different ranges and backgrounds.
