• Strategy and Solutions Team (Payments) provide insights on different product categories to Client Service Account Manager (CSAM) for their covered clients

My Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with CSAMs on their queries, ensuring they have necessary information for client meetings
• Deliver helpful insights to support CSAMs in discussions during client meetings
• Provided support for India Product Data Localization (IPDL) data migration project, ensuring compliance and efficiency in data with respect to data risk management policy
• Provide testing results and insights to technology on progress and provide possible resolutions to meet requirements of the business
• Assist in Lockbox migration process from WCBI (Wholesale Client Business Intelligence Tool) to RSS (Reporting Shared Service), streamlining operations and improving data accuracy
• Co-ordinate with CSAMs and Sales for 800+ automated (MTR) monthly transactions reports and 30+ Lockbox reports
• Collaborate closely with technology team to address technical issues related to WCBI or testing and implement solutions effectively
• Partnership with CSAMs and technology team for dashboard defects and proposed required enhancement.
• Developed strong client relationships through timely and thorough follow-up on inquiries and concerns.

Team:

• CIB Operations - Planning and Analysis
• Team automates and delivers reports to stakeholders using Qliksense or Business Objects

My Responsibility:

• Managing stakeholder' requirements across equity and Fixed Income research
• Manage MD (Managing Director) analysis promotions process Support and generate automated reports to Equity and Fixed Income Research Business managers
• Co-ordinate with Equity and Fixed Income Research Business managers for generating 900+ analysts Mid-Year and Year End scorecards
• Work with Business Managers for Business Plan module for EMEA Research team
• Co-ordinate with Global Research Compliance team for Critical Compliance reports used for monthly Oversight Meetings
• Reviewing and controlling of daily operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and controls and providing necessary data to senior management and clients
• Partnership with 3rd party vendor on data uploads and update process for 18 clients
• Conduct trainings on new process for team
• Work with Bloomberg and data management team on request builder application for research oversight reports
• Generate Quarterly Business Review reports for Fixed Income Research Business Managers for analysts review
• Automate reports using Qliksense, Business Objects or Excel
• Work with Sales CRM team for report automation in Business Objects
• Support Sales Team with MiFID reports and help in automation in Business Objects
• Work with Specialist Sales team on generating performance reports

Achievements:

• Achieved Digital Accelerator Blue Belt Program Certification - Procured knowledge in Data Visualization and Automation tools like Tableau, Alteryx and Qlik
• Client One Pager report for Aggregator tool
• Automation of Oversight report on Qliksense
• Received appreciation on multiple occasions from Business Managers

Team:

• Sales Dataguardian Team - Currently part for Digital and Platform Services. Team maintains Client's information in system and provide 3rd party access captures Broker Votes information on Internal Portal to measure analysts performance

My Responsibility:

• Manage Mailbox, train team on new tasks and provide process knowledge
• Updating Client information and Broker Vote details in system
• Create reports in Business Object and Excel
• UAT for new changes in system
• Co-ordinate with AD and Tech team on automation and provide suggestions for enhancements
