- Project Manager for EVPT (Electric-Vehicle Powertrain) Projects having HV aggregate like Battery, Motor, EVCU & Traction Cooling system, Power Electronics devices like DC-DC convertor, OBC and Aux Inverter.
- Responsible for managing program and end to end stake-holder support & management & on time gateway migrations (KO to DR4) as per the UPL timelines and ensuring Engineering Sign-off (ESO) with product line team
- End to End Project Monitoring along with identifying the project key risk areas & initiate appropriate actions along with contingency plan, also adherence of QCT (Quality, Cost & Time) parameters along with Product delivery at defined timelines.
- Preparation of Project Charter includes Risk Charter & TGR/TGW details for each gateway.
- Budget Estimations & Planning at HV aggregate level & managing the incurrences as per KPI targets.
- Responsible for BSC Portfolio management; Tracking & Monitoring the KPI targets at Advance Engineering Level
- Budget management in TCDS (Technology Creation & Development System) Projects responsible for Revenue & Capital Budgets & expenditures at overall Advance Engineering Level.
