I had the privilege of mentoring Pranjal Kumar during his second rotation. Over six months, he spearheaded our move away from legacy tools, built a unified structural-model client that dramatically simplifies how engineers interact with our CDC server, and introduced natural-language querying that opened data access to a wider audience. He also led a UX overhaul that turned an obscure feature into a central, user-centric workflow. His work consistently reflected deep product empathy, technical vision, and an ability to rally cross-functional teams around a shared goal. Any organization would be lucky to have Pranjal's combination of creativity, drive, and leadership.
