Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to Actual Cost Estimates (ACEs) and drive efficient project execution
- Contract Negotiation: Conducting negotiations with vendor to secure favorable terms, pricing and service level agreement while safeguarding the internal policies, Legal regulations, Industry standard and organizations interest throughout the procurement process
- Budget Planning: Collaborating with finance team to develop and manage budgets for capital projects, providing accurate cost estimates and monitoring spending against approved budgets.
- Asset Disposal: I oversee the auction documentation and disposal of obsolete, economically unviable, and unreliable assets.
