• Performing Intune setup for the tenant to configure policies which helps in managing the various devices that access organization’s data
• Implementation of MDM and MAM for Mobile devices at Enterprise level for large Accounts
• Implementation of Windows device management policies by configuration of various Compliance and Configuration policies
• Setup Customers tenant to manage the windows devices using various methods (Azure AD joined, Hybrid Azure AD Joined, Azure AD Autopilot and Hybrid Azure AD Autopilot)
• Creation of App security policies to improve the security posture and to protect data leakage from the apps that uses organization data
• Setup customizations on intune portal as per customers requirement
• Push and manage apps through Intune for Android, iOS, and Windows devices
• Configure Policies that helps in managing Windows updates through Intune

2 Azure Active Directory Premium:

• Configured various features of Azure AD premium based on customers requirement and best practices followed
• Creation of Dynamic Groups for Managing License assignment
• Configuration of Custom Branding to give the organization which gives the custom look and feel for the users while using the Microsoft services
• Creation of Various conditional access policies that helps in restriction of organization data and application access based on certain conditions
• Creation of Plan for RBAC to access the various portals for administrative tasks
• Creation of MFA policies that enforces protection for identity of the users
• Configuration of Self-Service Password Reset policy which helps users to reset the password in a secure manner
• Configuring the customers tenant to on-board their corporate windows devices as hybrid azure ad join
• Configuring User Sign risk and Risky Sign in policies that helps organization to detect and prevent malicious sign activities
• Reporting and audit functionality in Azure AD
• Setup SSO for Enterprise application for large Enterprise accounts

3 Microsoft Compliance and Information Governance:

• Configured various features of Compliance and Governance features offered by Microsoft that helps in preventing the Organizations data from getting accessed by unauthorized users and helps in maintaining the compliance of the organization at various levels which helps in increasing the Organizations Compliance Score
• Creation of information protection policies that helps in security of the documents that contains confidential information while sharing it outside or inside the organization

• Creation of DLP policies that helps in protecting organizations data from getting leaked or accessed by unauthorized recipients
• Configuring Communication Compliance to ensure compliance is monitored and maintained in the organisation’s communication
• Configuring Information barriers that helps in restricting communication between unauthorized users in the organization as per clients’ requirements
• Configuration of Insider Risk Management that helps in identify risky users that perform any malicious activity with the organizations data
• Reporting and Audit Logs features of Communication and Compliance portal

4 Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and CASB:

• Configured and setup Microsoft Defender and CASB policies to provide device level and application-level controls that helps the organizations to improve their security posture at various levels by enforcing the security controls that are offered by Microsoft Defender and CASB products
• Setup Defender portal and create connection between the intune portal to collect device level information
• Setup various defender policies that help in protecting the corporate devices by applying various controls which minimizes the exposure of the devices
• Setup the defender portal so that the Intune managed devices vulnerability and exposure are detected and required remediation is given to the device to minimize the risk of getting exposed to attacks
• Setup and configure CASB portal and connect with various Microsoft services
• Configure predefined or custom policies that helps in secured access of organization applications and resources by adding controls that acts a boundary to protect these resources from getting exposed to unauthorized entities
• Reporting and Logs of Defender and CASB

5 Project Management:

• Manage large Enterprise level projects from End to End, from Discussion phase to the Sign off
• Facilitate discussion between Client and the Project Delivery Team
• Discuss on Project deliverables and timelines
• Check on status of the project and update the status through regular weekly Cadence meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Help the project delivery team technically as well as in project management wherever requirement arises
• Ensure that project deliverables are implemented completely by adhering timelines agreed
• Handle and document delays, escalations and track the issues that were encountered during the implementation
• Ensure smooth transition of the project from Project delivery team to the customer once the project is complete
• Ø Ensure timely signoff and efficient completion of delivering the project
