Having experience in Desalination Plants C&I Design review & preparing control philosophy, Instrument Data sheet, I/O list, Reviewing Hookup drawing, P&ID. Extensive knowledge in PLCs, SCADA, HMI, DCS. Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain instruments and instrumentation systems. Calibration, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of all type of field instruments as per specification. To implement and test a wide range of I/O in Hart and Foundation field bus communication via Modbus and Profibus etc. Control function, Interlocks, sequence, operator interface and other control component on DCS, PLC. Facilitating the operator by generation of new graphic with innovative ideas that reduce the operator time of work during critical plant operation. Preparation of Instrument Design Basis, Instrument system description. Preparation and Review Instrument Specifications and Datasheets for all types of Instruments covering wide variety of Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level, F&G Instruments, Control Valves, ON-OFF Valves, Safety Valves, Motor Operated Valves, Cables and Junction box. Preparation of Instrumentation deliverables like Instrument index, I/O list, Alarm Lists, Cable Block Diagram, Cable Schedules and JB schedules. Preparation of ICSS deliverables like Control Narrative, F&G Detection Strategy, Logic Diagrams. Evaluation of Vendor Offers for Field Instruments, DCS, ESD & FGS systems. Extending technical support to site E&C team during Pre-commissioning and Post commissioning by visiting project site at various critical stages of execution. Cable termination, Loop checking, Testing, Commissioning coordination etc.
