• For Aspera SmartTrack, implemented end-to-end lifecycle management of Desktop software licenses
• Designed and defined processes to govern Desktop licensing management
• Established Integration of SmartTrack with Service Now and the packaging team for end-end better user SW delivery, Expanded catalog and marketplace concept, coverage of non-Catalog manufacturers, and order management process.
