• Lead all DM/AM, team leaders, and mentors to efficiently deliver client expectations
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed SLAs
• Work closely with Transition and Operations Team to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying customer needs and follow-up activities
• Constantly improve Production, Quality, and Turnaround Time by reviewing on a periodic basis
• Identify training gaps in the team and develop plan with the necessary department
• Participate in and contribute to client conference calls, management meetings and department meetings
• Forecast staff requirements based on incoming client volume

• Conducts a monthly business review meeting with client and ensures the resolution of all issues to the satisfaction of clients
• Developing a strong business relationship with client.
• Analyze client's performance by reviewing necessary report to help understand factors contributing to client's financial performance.
• Support BI team in preparing important client reports for process and releasing the same to clients as per deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to maintaining all necessary process documentation as per QMS
• Achieving profitability/ Operating Efficiency targets for account / assigned function(s)
• Forecast Revenue, Costs, and Headcount for signed SOWs
