Product launch/ New Product Introduction
- Responsible for development & introduction of new products in relevant markets.
- Responsible for driving project gateways right from the inception till SOS.
- Creating a launch plan for successful introduction of new products and monitor the performance.
- Designing GTM strategy for the successful introduction of the product in the market.
Marketing Strategy and Sales Promotion
- Market segmentation/market mapping based on Volumes, TIV, Application, Customer Profile.
- Develop appropriate marketing campaigns /initiatives for existing & new products.
- Identify opportunities to increase volume & market share and deploy suitable action.
- Price positioning of new & existing products wrt competition.
Learning & Development
- Preparation of sales pitch, product presentation, training material basis product specifications, FAB, value matrix, competition benchmarking.
- Responsible for training the sales/distributor team on product specifications, features, benefits and advantages.
- Benchmarking competition vehicles and monitor new competition products.
Product Interventions/ Concern Resolution
- Responsible for identifying the concerns in the product and coordinating with engineering team to provide the resolution to the end customer
- Identifying probable improvements in the product and implementation of the same
Work Achievement
- Enhanced responsibility of entire SSA along with SAARC & MIDDLE EAST in Tata Motors.
- Successfully increased the market share from 15% to 24% in East African market by product interventions & strategies.
- Successful product launch of Ultra Narrow range in Sri Lanka, 15T range in Nepal.
- Increase the 9T segment MS from 25% to 32% by introduction of right product against competition.
- Achieved the Cost Savings Target of INR 40 million for the department during FY21.
