Policy Interventions.

• Analysis of the skill development sector from the Economic Advisory Council’s report of Maharashtra, and prepared the policy interventions document for operationalising the EAC’s recommendations, and submitted it to the Chief Minister’s Office for Cabinet Decision.

Project Management.

• Studying the existing skill ecosystem in Maharashtra and drafting the Preliminary Project Report (PPR) for rehauling ITIs and the government. Technical High Schools to avail funding from the New Development Bank.
• Conducted a massive international recruitment drive for construction workers to Israel, in collaboration with representatives from PIBA Israel and the State Government. and NSDC International.
  Drafting the Environment and Social Impact Assessment report for the World Bank Project, i.e. the Maharashtra Resilience Development Project.

NITI Aayog Initiatives:

• Drafted proposal for State Support Mission of NITI Aayog for Maharashtra State. Conducted the selection process for selecting the Lead Knowledge Institute for MITRA.
• Facilitated the implementation of Sampoornata Abhiyan across Maharashtra State, in collaboration with the District Planning Officers and Aspirational Block Fellows.

Department of Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovtion

Pramod Mahajan Grameen Kaushalya Vikas Kendra (PMGKVK):

• Facilitated in floating RFP, analysing EoIs, and onboarding 511 Grameen Kaushalya Vikas Kendras at Gram Panchayat level.

SANKALP (World Bank-funded MSDE project).

• Drafting Project Closure report for Skill Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion Project.

Maharashtra Skill Need Assessment Survey.

• Conducted the massive skill gap analysis study by involving industry resource requirements, candidates' aspirations, and district skill development plan.

NaMo Maharojgar Melava:

• Coordinated with industry partners and department officials for onboarding employers to the Job Fair.

• Developing and administering a robust information, education, and communication (IEC) programme for building capacity and awareness around Renewable Energy technologies.
• Providing strategic and technical inputs to UPSRLM to mainstream renewable energy technology, scoping study for agri-value chains, impact assessment on livelihoods of SHG women, research on DRE livelihoods, conducting needs-based capacity building workshops for SHG women, and skill development through RSETI.

• Leading closely with the Project Facilitation Team and Community Cadres, and supporting the team to roll out the project by visiting the grassroots institutions, e.g. Self Help Groups, Village Organisations, and Cluster Level Federations.
• Conducting mobilisation camps in remote areas.
• Report preparation of various verticals, which includes Institution Building, Capacity Building, Financial Inclusion, Livelihood, Skill Development, and Convergence.

• Socio-economic Profiling & Youth Aspiration Study of Jhallara Block, Udaipur, Rajasthan, interaction with PRIs and line departments, IDIs of youths, scope study for proposed Public Satellite Centre in Jhallara.
• Understanding the training impact on LSAs (Livestock Assistants) and Veterinary Officers (training name: AI & Infertility Eradication in Cattle), assessing gender-wise performance of ex-trainees in the Udaipur Division, and evaluating gender-wise preference by farmers.

• Conducted PRA activities with villagers and household survey, understood the village with LEAP tools, visited and studied institutions like SHGs, Gram Panchayat, PDS, schools, Anganwadi, PPC, etc.
• Attended SHG and VO meetings to understand their functioning, and covered case studies of different individuals, such as a toddy tapper, farmer, and tailor.
