· Drafting training plans for new recruits
· Imparting trainings to the new recruits based on the training plan. Also giving refresher training is included in training plan
· Handling Email communications request initiated by the client.
· Completed courses from EDS University such as HP-UX, Active Directory and ITIL
· Was involved in the formation of Data Audits process which is now done for all projects on the site
· Created and standardized the Data Audit form which is used all over the Mumbai site and is being implemented on other global sites of EDS like Winchester, Lansing and Auckland.
