Accomplishments: Prashanth has been very successful in his role working with the Scrum Ops Team, and due to our co-locations, I look to Prashanth to interact with the team as PO Proxy. His knowledge of transaction processing, screen flows, tables, web flows, etc. helps to guide us quickly through writing user stories with good BDD scenarios for acceptance criteria. Client Sponsor Sprint Review presentations and delivery have been great and clients have increasing become more engaged in the meetings. Asking good questions and providing comments/feedback.

Strengths: As mentioned above, Prashanth has an extensive knowledge of TRAC and a good grasp on workflow/screen flows. This is very valuable when composing user story acceptance criteria and identifying additional stories to address possible obscure scenarios that should be considered during testing. Prashant’s inquisitive nature and desire for knowledge also are apparent in the types of questions he asks.

Constructive feedback for the improvement areas: I can’t think of anything, at this time that I feel are specific areas of improvement. However, I do feel that Prashanth would greatly benefit by spending time in our Quincy office working with all of the BPO operational teams to better understand the business side of a client’s operation. As an Application Analyst this knowledge would provide Prashanth with a deeper understanding of how the various operational teams utilize the various applications we support as well as witness some of the challenges these teams have.

Sprint Review Feedbacks:

Presentation and demonstration were prepared and delivered without technical issues, and documentation was clear and easy to understand.

Presentation content was good, and presented well. When lower platform web was responding slow. Prashanth quickly and effortlessly transitioned to available screen prints to demonstrate the scenario. Well done.

This sprints content and demonstration stimulated client interaction and positive feedback. The Application Analyst provided additional commentary for a number of the slides presented, rather than reading directly from the slides.
