Projects: KDPL Mall (Commercial Project): This mall will be a large-scale international quality experience. Techture, along with PG Patki Architects, the local architect of the project, is developing architectural and facade BIM models from the DD stage to generate GFC drawings (3B+G+5 Floors) - 17,70,000 sq ft.

• Responsible for preparing IPA (Intern Payment Applications) for every month and submission according to claim date with all substantiate documents
• Cost controlling and preparation of cost value reconciliation
• Preparation of variation due to any change in the contract documents & Design changes
• Preparation of Monthly valuation , Submission to clients and agree the interim valuation with cost consultant
• Prepare subcontractor's Monthly Payment certificates and final accounts
• Preparation of Variation order for sub contractors
• Tender negotiation and finalization of NT items, and comparison statements of all quotes.
• Material Reconciliation Statements
• Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.

Projects: Praneeth Pranav Leaf (villas), - 502 villas, 30 Acres, 150-210 sq. yds.

Praneeth Jaagruthi Elite (Residential Apartments) - 144 Flats, 2 Towers, 1 Basement, 1 Stilt floor, 8 floors, 2.7 Acres, 1617-2287 sq ft.

Praneeth Pranav Jaitra (Hi-rise Building with MIVAN & PT Slab) - 576 Flats, 6 Towers, 3 Basements + Ground floor + 14 floors, 4.79 Acres, 1345 - 3624 sq ft (ongoing).

• Taking Off Quantities.
• Preparation of Detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts.
• Estimating and cost planning.
• Preparation of interim payment certificates and verifying the subcontractor's bills (both Civil and MEP bills).
• Taking the JMS for both civil and MEP works for various activities.
• Drawing Coordination with Consultants (Shell Plan finalization for Mivan...)
• Preparing for BBS.
• Preparing the BOQs for all civil works as per drawings.
• Experience MIVAN and PT SLAB works also.
• Well Known in ERP software.
